Privacy Notice

This notice explains how VettedEditors handles information when you visit vettededitors.com, send an enquiry or discuss our video-editing services. For privacy questions, contact hello@vettededitors.com.

Information we receive

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can optionally provide your channel or niche and monthly video needs. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your message.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send. Site and service infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs for operation and security.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to reply, discuss suitable services and handle any work we agree with you. We may also use relevant information to maintain service records, protect the site and address legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Enquiry entries are stored in our WordPress site. Our hosting and email service providers may process enquiry data to operate the site, store records and handle messages. We use Fluent Forms for the enquiry form and FluentSMTP for configured email handling. Website hosting is provided through HOSTING.COM.

We may disclose relevant information where necessary to provide agreed services, meet legal requirements or protect legitimate rights and security. We do not promise that information is never shared with service providers. Their processing and locations can depend on the services used.

How long we keep information

We aim to keep enquiry and service information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our relationship and agreed work, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting work; no fixed retention period is promised here.

Cookies, browser storage and external resources

Functional technologies may support site operation, security, caching or signed-in WordPress features. Our checks of the public pages on 7 November 2026 found no optional analytics or advertising tracking scripts and no Set-Cookie headers in the page responses checked. The MonsterInsights analytics plugin is installed, but the public page output currently reports that it is not configured and contains no tracking code. These are limited source and response checks, not a guarantee that no cookies or other processing can ever occur.

The cookie and storage notice saves only your acknowledgement in this browser using localStorage under the name ve_cookie_notice_v1, with the value understood. It is not a tracking identifier or an analytics opt-in. It remains until you clear it in your browser. If browser storage is unavailable, the acknowledgement may not persist. You can reopen the notice using the footer button, and remove the saved acknowledgement through your browser’s site-data controls.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which can cause your browser to contact Google domains and transmit technical request information such as your IP address. This is an external font resource, not evidence of an analytics cookie. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Videos and testimonial images on these pages are served from our own website rather than embedded social-video players.

If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls will need to be reviewed before that tracking is activated. The current acknowledgement button does not grant consent for future tracking.

WhatsApp and other external links

WhatsApp buttons are external links that you choose to open. Information you send through WhatsApp is also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Other linked services have their own policies, and we do not control their sites.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask about the information we hold concerning you and request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@vettededitors.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Requests are handled subject to applicable rights and any legal need to retain information.

Security and updates

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice as services or practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
